Aniridia Asia is designed in bright and colourful theme to bring you clam, show you the positive and give you strength.

You must be overwhelmed with all the information from the internet and those pictures you have seen online make you fear and you are worrying about your children future.

​

I remember I went to the supermarket after the diagnosed. All the lightings in the mall, the bill boards, the spot lights, advertisement light boxes... everything, everywhere suddenly seem so bright to me like never before. Should I put sunglasses on my little one indoor? Do they generate blue light and UV? Will they cost any harm to my little one? I have so many questions but who can I ask? Someone from Asia that closer to me?

That was me.
 

However after 18 months of this journey begun, I realised having Aniridia wasn't as scary as the Google images shown.

Why can't someone show me some nicer, cuter Aniridia pictures?

I am still worrying about him but there actually lots of joys and happiness everyday, with our little one! 

​

Your very special Aniridia babies will surprise you (literally everyday!) and make you PROUD! They bring you lot of smiles (and some tears), once you adapted to the new normal. It will all be fine.

 

It takes time, I know, because I have been through the same - the hardest moment in my life, cried for months and years in the dark. I wish Aniridia Asia can bring you the bright side of Aniridia!

In Aniridia Asia, we focus on babies - You will find some useful daily caring tips and some recommendations of books, toys and sunglasses, essence of my 18 months experiences and tips from other Aniridia parents. I will share all with you here, from the bottom of my heart, with love.
